Is it possible to operate via automation multiple phantoms from the same computer if so, what kind of transmitter are you using and why did you select the software you currently would use.

Multiple Phantoms independently from same computer?

I assume you mean is it possible to bind more than one Phantom to a single CONTROLLER? You can bind the appropriate model Phantom controller with another Phantom. When you do so it loses the binding with the previously bound Phantom, so you have to rebind each time you want to switch. Binding instructions are in the Phantom user manual.
If you mean, "Can I attach & fly multiple Phantoms to a single controller & fly them at the same time?" then no you cannot do this.
If you mean, "Can I attach & fly multiple Phantoms to a single controller & fly them at the same time?" then no you cannot do this.
