I guess you're referring to the P4P+? The P4P still uses the same mounting bracket. It's a rock solid design. The extra support in the mount you are referring is overkill and unnecessary.

I believe you are mistaken Sir, the mount on the Phantom 4 Pro at lease in the pictures I have seen is a stronger and wider configuration.

You're talking about the P4P+ mount. Check out the P4P mount here. It's the same reliable mount that we're used to using.

The P4P+ is what I was talking about that is one nice mount.
