Missing Set Screw

Missing set screw

As you can see from the picture, my grandson's drone is missing the set screw on the gimbal. Can someone tell me the proper size screw I need? I'm sure I can just find one them on Amazon or at any hardware store, but I don't know the proper size.

I appreciate the help! We're new at flying and we've been having a blast! We've been grounded for a couple of weeks now and my grandson and I are dying to get back out there!

I can't help with the size. But I can tell you that when you do replace it, be sure to center the arm in the space. Don't let it rub on the top or the bottom. Yours looks like it has been dragging on the bottom.

Try your local hobby shop. They often have a jar of screws from dismantled stuff laying around for such matters.

Pretty sure (from memory) it's a garden variety M3 * 4 set screw. Local hobby shop would be the go as others have suggested.

Also make sure it is seated on the shaft properly. The shaft is D shaped. But I'm sure you know that.
