Missing "Rainbow" icon (d-log view assist)

I've seen multiple videos talking about a d-log assist (adds contrast and saturation to the live view, without changing the log capture.) here is the exact point where it's discussed:

It's missing on my display. (I have the Phantom 4 Pro, all firmware and app latest.)

I found a similar user with an issue - on the Pro+ (I just have the Pro.)
D-Log profile, improved Liveview Icon / option missing

any ideas?

(DJI has been painfully slow in responding.)

I noticed it then it was gone. Asked the same question a couple weeks ago on the inspire forum.
Thought it was my imagination

You must be using ios only works on Android devices.

You sure? That video shows it on an iPhone.

iPad pro and Android phone didn't hear but witnessed.

Check yourself, if you need pics I'll post some shortly.

Yes please post them - just so I can show DJI (5 email exchanges and they still can't explain anything.... they are "forwarding this to the Engineering Team." )

Not that this is proof - but the above video has the app view on an iPhone (composited...but still makes me wonder.)
