Mac OS X User

Been trying to get the assistant working for Mac OS X.

Got VirtualBox and Windows 7 installed, downloaded the drivers and software, but the virtual machine isn't seeing the Phantom.

I tried with my Macs with no joy.
Had to buy a cheap PC notebook.
DJI really needs to support Macs.

I've used Parallels with solid success.

you might have to mess with the port settings with Virtual Box
or perhaps follow this fellow's tips from another forum:

Well. I tried it with Parallels, and it's all good! Did the firmware upgrade, and calibration.

Another vote or Parallels, picked it up while on special too - $20 off (no longer) so even happier...
