Loosing video com.....

But it’s always there on the card when viewed on the computer. We experienced this issue with an iPad mini And with a Galaxy...... same issue.
Not sure about the FW or the upgrades.
Any ideas.....TIA

This could be a number of reasons.
What Drone do you have?

If you are flying a non-Wifi dependent model like the P3 Advanced, P3 Pro, P4 series, Mavic Pro, Inspire series, or the Matrice series. Try the following;

1. Turn off your wifi on your tablets and any nearby cell phones (I've seen this cut the range in 1/2)
2. Adjust your antenna's so the middle of the antenna is aimed in the general direction of your drone.
3. If your drone is switchable from 2.4ghz to 5.8ghz try switching to 5.8ghz (this is very helpful in crowded wifi environments)
