I already have the flat panel directional Wi-Fi antennas and some amps on order so I was thinking of trying out one of the better antenna setups like the helical from FPVLR or the DBS Mods one. The fact is that they are pretty expensive (especially the helical ones) so I am seeing if anyone has a used one for sale? If not any suggestions welcome. I was also considering just trying out some tall 14" whips with the amps to see if I can get enough range without breaking the bank.
P.S. has anyone tried out something different like cloverleaf antennas or a pepperbox, etc.?
