Login failure

When I try to view flight records in DJI Go on my P4Pro+ fixed screen I am requested to login with email and Pwd. When I enter these and click "sign in" i get the message "network unavailable. Check your internet connection" All other remote functions are normal. It is connected to wifi and can access www and FB etc. Must have tried 15 times over the last 12 hours. Any answers?
 
If there is no internet issue then it means that DJI server to login is down. Try in a day or so again.
 
Thank you Good Day. That makes sense and is what I thought might be the problem. However I can log in using the same username and pw on DJI Assistant but I guess that may be a different server.
