Litchi PANO problem "failed to execute mission" message supposedly firmware issues

    Just received this today from Litchi support concerning my Litchi connecting to drone AND "Litchi failed to execute mission" messages after attempting to shoot in PANO mode. I ended up removing DJI software from my tablet completely and still get the same results. Response from Litchi support follows:

    "The issues with pano mode are within the firmware, we are aware of them and DJI is too, we are hoping they will fix them soon.

    Which aircraft model do you use? If you use a P3S or P34k, you must ensure DJI Go is closed prior to starting Litchi by going to your mobile device Settings - Apps - DJI Go - Force close.
    Rebooting your mobile device should not be required."

    Happened to me too i thought it is caused by bad rc signal but it is not. Any advice?
