Well, on behalf of many of us here, Thanks Msinger. That is a sensible, fact-based answer, a rarity here on some subjects.Flying with Litchi will not affect a warranty claim unless Litchi causes whatever damage you're attempting to repair.
The real problem with using Litchi is that it does not create a detailed flight record (like DJI GO does). If you lose your Phantom when flying with Litchi, DJI will likely not replace your Phantom under warranty since they don't have a good flight log to review.

Yes, you can view the Litchi CSV flight log using Airdata (or Excel). It's not detailed enough to troubleshoot many flight issues though. Can’t you get a detailed flight record on Air Data using Litchi?

Is it detailed enough to give an indication of most problems wouldn’t you say?
The litchi flight log is a small replica of the DJI Go flight log. For whatever reason Litchi doesn't produce/capture but a small percentage of what DJI Go does.
I'm saying it's not detailed enough to troubleshoot many flight issues. This is why DJI wants nothing to do with it when people submit it as evidence of a malfunction. Is it detailed enough to give an indication of most problems wouldn’t you say?
Yes. The DAT flight log stored on the Phantom's internal memory card contains the most available flight data.If you are able to recover your drone after an accident, DJI can gather the needed data from the drone itsself, no?
