LG G3 VS Samsung S5 for DJI GO

I was wondering for flying phantoms with dji go which phone would be better for flying (the phone with the least latency / fpv lag) as much as I know shield tablets are better and tablets I am just looking for a phone. The s5 and G3 pretty much have the same specs except the lg has a higher resolution I was wondering if the Lg experiences more lag due to the higher amount of pixels the gpu is pushing out. I know the s5 is on the supported list but I really don't like the design and the LG looks much nicer to me. So what do you think are they the same or do they perform differently?

I'm using the S5 now, works great, no noticeable lag. The resolution is plenty high enough for the live feed from the Phantom 3, and it holds up fairly well in sunlight.
I can't speak to the LG G3.

I used to use a S5, but now use a LG V10. Wish I still had the S5. The LG doesn't use data for maps, while connected to the RC Wi-Fi.
S5 worked great.
