Lenovo A10-30

Hi, im looking for an cheap tablet for my p3 standard, do you guys have any recomendations? I found the Lenovo A10-30 LTE with gps and everything, 16GB, used for about 45$. But is it good? I want a very smooth and same distance and perfomance as my iphone 6. I also found the Nexus 7 for the same price, but i think its the first model, maybe not the 2013. Not sure, have sent an message to the seller. The lenovo A10 is probably a lot newer, as it still is selling here in Norway for about 230$.
