Just upgraded to P4 but now Horizon troubles continue

I've been flying a p3 since they came out. That device when flying needs manual gimble adjustment ever time I fly. So I decided to go with the P4. Now 3 flights in and I'm needing ad constantly adjust the horizon manually as well. Facing north it's straight. Face west or east and it's off a few degrees.

Anyone else have this issue?
My first P4 was returned do to camera gimble dropping while flying. Now is this one bad as well?

There all like that...just got mine back from service and still does it here and there
