Will ipad GS and iOSD mk 2 work together? What I mean is will they install on same airframe with NAZA V2 and can you use iOSD on FPV without any kind of interference with GS?

Yes the GS and iOSD work completely independent from each other, and you can use them on the same aircraft as long as you have at least one canbus port available.
