I’m new to the forum. I searched on this topic and found a few solutions - tried them all. Just bought a P4P and a certified refurbished iPad Air 2. The iPad will not connect, no matter what I try. However, my iPhone 6S connected with no problem. Changed cables, uninstalling/reinstalling DJI Go 4, and resetting network settings. DJI Support recommended all those without any further help.
Before I send this iPad Air back, is there any way to confirm that it’s the iPad?
