iPad Air 2 won’t connect to P4P

Hi All,

I’m new to the forum. I searched on this topic and found a few solutions - tried them all. Just bought a P4P and a certified refurbished iPad Air 2. The iPad will not connect, no matter what I try. However, my iPhone 6S connected with no problem. Changed cables, uninstalling/reinstalling DJI Go 4, and resetting network settings. DJI Support recommended all those without any further help.

Before I send this iPad Air back, is there any way to confirm that it’s the iPad?

Get someone with an iPhone and try that. At least your staying within iOS and ruling out hardware not software.

Just finished updating the iOS to 11.3. It connected! Thankful I don’t have to return this iPad.
