So my drone tells me I need to do one.
I found a site that tells me how to. Then earlier I was looking on the forum here and saw something about a calibration pad that some people made. And if I recall correctly I don't remember reading anything about a pad of any sorts on the website I found that is telling me how to do one. I have two questions about it....
1- do I have to do an IMU calibration with every battery? (I have 3)
2- can you guys give me any tips on how to do this IMU calibration properly and efficiently.

Greatly appreciated!!!

Urban legend says it is best to do IMU calibration while the AC is cold [the legend does not say what is TOO cold but I guess you don't need to go below 0°C]. Last winter I put the AC out at -5°C for an hour (I guess you can remove the battery).

Then put the AC level and do the IMU & gimbal calibration (I guess you can do this outside...)

IMU and Gimbal calibration:

Gyroscope Mod 0.0-1.5, Acceleration (g) X, Y 0.00 Z -1.00 Mod 1.00 (0.98-1.02)
