Dronecamp actually advertises that they are selling v2.1 escs!!!! How in the world have they been selling that model for over two months when B+H doesn't have any in stock and they don't even know there is different escs? I wonder how dronecamp handles warranty, because if its anything like B+H then they should replace your gimbal and cam if you have a minor crash.

I JUST SENT A EMAIL TO THEM AND THEY SAID THAT IS THE ONE THEY ARE SHIPPING

What else was discovered was someone with a v3 didn't have the improved shielding either on the top shell

Just opened my V3. bought from BH Photo on December 7th. No 2.1 ESCs, just blank... Seeing that DJI says there not compatible, I sending it back....

I couldn't tell because I couldn't get 2 of the 2mm screws out. so all I could see was the ESCs.. Kind of sucks because I really like my bird, but may as well get the right technology because that is what I paid for. Would much rather have BH just exchange for a new one with the correct equipment in it. However who knows if they even know....

Just sent mine back today to B+H and I bought it on the 25th of dec. and no they don't know about the escs and they also don't have the new escs in their birds yet. I have told them the scenario and they took it back, so now have to wait for the next batch I guess...

Okay so everyone who bought from B&H is sending back. I need to make a decision, shall I wait for my B&H order to arrive or should I cancel and buy from other dealer. The thing is that it won't get shipped until 22 January (so I have some time) since I'm not going to be in the US until that date.

BTW I'M NOT GETTING THE P2V+ V3.0 I'M GETTING THE P2 H33D V2.0 which has the new motors, ESC, etc

after all the talking I pulled the top off mine and found the vented wifi and the 2.1 esc so I feel good. One thing I did notice was the Satellite antenna plug was very easy to separate. I didn't use much effort at all so when I replaced it, I used a little tape to keep the plug together.
I purchased mine the second week of December from DJI
