Hello, The charger that came with my Phantom Pro3 appears to not be working. I just got my P3 Pro in the mail today

I plug the battery in and nothing lights up. I plug the controlller in and it lights up to charge

I tried powering the battery on, pressing once and a second time for 2 seconds, one bar and the red light turn on. It was connected for 2 hours, still one bar. After 10 minutes the led lights turn off.
