How trustworthy is this battery?

It is a crapshoot. It's not a DJI product. What do you know about the company? It may work or it may not. DJI has programmed the software so after market batteries won't work. If something happens to your phantom DJI probably will not cover it.
That seller has 334 negative against his/her account.
Do you want to trust the single most important component of your UAS to an unknown brand, from a less than stellar seller (97.9% I think).
At that price I'd say, "If it looks too good to be true it most likely IS".
