How to fix this issue ?

whenever I turn on my phantom and connect my rc to my iphone , it says that the rc is conencted but my aircraft is not, what could possibly be the problem here ? I used a few different connection cables and the result was still the same , any ideas ?

I also Looked at the gimbal status and it says that the gimbal is disconnected , could that be the reason why my drone and rc isn't connecting ?

Yes, I pressed the "link rc" waited for a minute but had no success.

Did you do the entire process included pressing the link buttons on both AC and RC?
