How much ground can I see?

So.... does that mean if I'm at 50 feet (altitude), I'll get a little over 100 x 100 feet of area in the view? Camera FOV is 94°.

(my music degree didn't prepare me for this kind of math :)

Old school for music degrees: Fly up to 50' and take a photograph. Observe the 4 corners of the the frame, using objects on the ground, and then measure the distance between them. Alternatively, place four objects on the ground at the corners of a 100' x 100' square, and launch from the center, and find out how high you have to fly to see all four corners!

If you studied audio engineering have a look at the section that explained how to position your near field monitors behind the meter bridge, it’s the same basic trigonometry...

Not quite.
At 50 feet, the camera's field of view will be 90 ft x 67 ft
From 77 ft, it will be 138ft x 103 ft (assuming you use 4:3 aspect ratio)
