How many wires should there be connecting the gimbal to the drone. Not the individual wires but the one with the big connector. I have 8 not sure if it should be 10 or 8

The ribbon cable has 8 wires in it that goes from the gimbal to the body of the P3.
Thank you very much my up and down bit of the gimbal isnt working so I thought o could be missing some cables
Most likely the ribbon cable going to the tilt motor. Make sure it is in well. Do you have telemetry? If you don't have Telemetry, then I might be the Wi-Fi cables, the black and gray cable. If your camera is working, it's something to do with the tilt motor or cable going into it. Too little information to know for sure.
