how many versions of P2V+ are there

I see some websites using P2V+ V1.0 and some saying V3.0. are there multiple versions? is it firmware revisions or hardware revisions?

How does one find the version number, is there an identifier on a serial number ?

on the V3 you can find it on the label underneath the phantom... with the QR code.

There are 3. Version is on the decal on the bottom.

then even within 3.0 there are minor variations I believe. The later units have the gobs of goo on the motor wires on the esc's and more gps shielding (I think). Mine has all that and I have seen pictures of other v3's that don't have the gobs of goo on the motor wires. I don't know if there is a numerical distinction (I don't think there is). I think it was more like on the fly production tweaks responding to customer issues.
