Yea, and I just came across these videos:Anybody who is naive enough to purchase this will get exactly what they're looking for: nothing but trouble.
Except hit a bird or plane. There is not a lot to do up there.
I barley have the nerve to go up 200m.I mean rent a plane. Seriously I wouldn’t have the nerve to put mine up 5,000 feet or more. The winds and weather up there could and would end up destroying the drone plus what if it landed on someone killing them. The guy that is selling his modded phantom should be banned and investigated by faa in my opinion.
If he is doing it for bragging rights well congrats dude. Nobody I know cares.

I would love to go over the 500 meter max , it ‘s a big hindrance when flying in the mountains ,Yea, and I just came across these videos:
(watch in order. the 2nd one is talking about the first one. you will understand them better if you watch 1st one first.)
I don't understand why someone would want to make them go that high. isn't 500m high enough? even that 500m is illegal! Your right @LarBear360, whoever buys this is going to have nothing but trouble!
I can understand in mountains and valleys.I would love to go over the 500 meter max , it ‘s a big hindrance when flying in the mountains ,
So tell me about this hack and how I can give it a go ? I mostly fly in the Rockies and need to get well over the 500 mThe hack works fine guys. I'm about to get rid of the bird but I've performed it on my P4P+ with no issues. Must have if flying in the mountains.
This is like fight club. The first rule of hacks is - We're not allowed to talk about hacks on the forum. So tell me about this hack and how I can give it a go ? I mostly fly in the Rockies and need to get well over the 500 m
Down low in the flat lands there’s no need but up high can.t live without it and has me
Thanks, not a word don’t want to break the rules. This is like fight club. The first rule of hacks is - We're not allowed to talk about hacks on the forum.Check out No Limit Dronez.
You're making the false assumption that at the maximum commanded max climb rate, the motors are spinning as fast as are capable. They are not -- there is a safety margin built in. And with the Mavic, I can state with certainty that these numbers are correct. And the hack is easy. But if I was talking about me, I'd say I was planning on bringing it back to stock ASAP. Stock it's a jewel, and such climb rates bring occasional max current draw, and max rpm warnings (I've heard). AT BEST, you aren't hurting the reliability too bad. At worst you're overstressing things to where the probability of a catastrophic failure at any moment is high. I think if used only occasionally and prudently, and backing off if any warnings appear, the stress is between my extremes. But why bother? It has no "practical value". Down low you can put a pretty spectacular demo -- it decends like its in free fall, and climbs like a rocket. But IMHO it's not worth it. DJI stuff is known for its reliability, and these mods can only hurt.So I was looking around on eBay and I found this. How is it possible? I can see the altitude hack but the speed?? I mean, those little motors can only spin so fast, there's no way to make them go any faster unless you hook them up to a 100 volt battery and even still they would only go so fast, maybe even fly in a different direction! (fly apart). If it's possible to make them go faster, why didn't DJI do so?

I read that and re-read. I think he forgot the comma. Why else would he have pictures of the drone and a high price if it is only for the props and box? If so, this guy is crazy!
