How do you read your flight records when they look like this

I down loaded my flight records from my Ipad to my mac laptop but I can't read them.
Can anyone help? See attached files

Go to www.phantomhelp.com and find the log viewer page there. Upload a file and you'll see it all.

maybe I am a little slow with this but I still can't figure this out.

What you are seeing is a "pure" text file. That file needs to be converted to view it properly. As mentioned above, upload that file and it will be converted for you.
