Was just flying my drone around house took it up to 50’ head away and it took a header into breakwater by my house gone sank. Has been flawless since I got it any ideas?

Follow the instructions there to upload your flight record from your phone or tablet.
Come back and post a link to the report it gives you.

Your log file doesn't show anything unusual. Perhaps the battery wasn't fully inserted and it popped out mid-flight.
