Help uploading Video

I'm quite a dinosaur when it comes to tech stuff.
I have been able to master my P3S and recently obtained some great video flying approximately 10 ft above fireworks [ Mortars ] as they explode.
I've been able to save them and transfer them via email but have no clue on how to share them here.
TIA for any and all assistance.
