Help RC not connecting and sticks won’t calibrate

Phantom 4 RC won’t connect to DJI GO4 app, when turned on red light and constant beeping, tried to calibrate the sticks and the left stick shows 100% in the forward position.

Have you checked to see if the left stick has broken off of it's internal mounts or if there is any other internal damage to the plastic?
