Help! Cannot change video!!

Had my phantom 3 advanced for 3 weeks no new updates since initial everything was great. Now after not updating my phone or anything else if I try to change video size the app freezes and then exits. I have uninstalled since this completely reset and erased everything on my Iphone and started over still the same thing

Check the space available on iPhone. If less than few GB, delete pictures/ videos to make room for new video cache.

Its an I phone 5s I have fully erased the phone so i have plenty of data and it worked when i first got it?
