Pretty neat.
In "#8" you can see him trying to give it full forward pitch into the hill (notice he's in controller mode 1). And it refuses to commit dronicide.

How come in the last scene he has the left control all the way forward and the bird isn't rising?

His controller is mode 1! Not the far more common mode 2. It's full forward pitch.

Nice, but dont DJI depict it in its video like it avoid and continue course, by raising or dodging the obstacle, all i see is a complete stop...

If it was autonomously "headed somewhere", like the home point during an RTH, it should find a way around the obstacle and continue. In this video, all we see is manual control.

Correct, in order to see how it works in the RTH mode, someone would have to fly behind a building, with the the RTH altitude set below the height of the building, and RTH.

It is very cool. Just appreciate the limits. You can't be flat out. And don't expect much from sparsely populated tree branches and power lines.
