go 4 app defaults to Mavic Air

Downloaded DJI Go 4 app, opened, selected "phantom 4 pro", enter device, next screen says Disconnected. Reboot app, defaults to "Mavic Air". Reinstall Go 4, same routine, Green light is on, (linked) but keeps saying disconnected. How do I get passed this ? The RC is linked with the ship, but appears go4 doesn't see this, and won't let me do anything further. I really want to get flying ! Tnx for any help in advance. Ric

Yes, have to sign in to get to the device. Just reinstalled GO4, now rc is beeping and blinking red, reboot takes me to Mavic Air again ! So, nothing changed but the beep/blink, seems now the link is broke.

I don't have yours so will move this to a different spot and someone can help you with one . Good luck .
