For some reason my video footage glitches when I replay it, I downloaded it onto my phone and had the same problem. Anyone know why this is happening?

I tried playing it on my mac but I recorded it in a superior resolution that my mac could handle so I couldn't really tell if it was there too because of the lag. I downloaded the original video onto my phone through the app

Convert it to 1080p and it will play smoothly.

Have experienced same when using 4K with 60fps. Backed off to recording at 2K at 30fps and that plays fine on my PC (a core 7 Dell).
