Gimbal Warrantied!

My dealer was kind enough to take my Gimbal back and give me a new one so I wouldn't have to wait 4-6 weeks turn around from DJI. DJI asked for a video of the problem and agreed once viewed (I tried uploading video from my iPad and it won't take) here are some pics.

To make a long story short DJI wanted me to contact LA support. I had asked if I should contact my dealer first and I'm glad I did. I will put video on YouTube after work and upload that way, if anyone is interested.

Great to see a dealer go above and beyond to take care of a customer. And the name of your dealer is...?
Yes. I agree. I was hesitant on purchasing from R/C depot hobbies, but am now very glad I did. I received my P3P from the first batch and their customer service has been excellent for both me and my brother.

Same here! Got in on the first shipment after canceling with UAV Outlets and received mine in two days.
