gimbal tilt and iso dials

Anyone know if the functions of the gimbal tilt and the iso dials can be swapped? It seems it would be much easier if the tilt was on the right dial so you can easily tilt the camera down while climbing in altitude. Trying to do 2 functions at once with the left hand is tricky. Thanks
