gimbal spins like crazy upon power up

Although I cannot see via DJI App after powering up & watching the gimbal go crazy then stop, it appears that my view of the camera is blank but I can still record video.

I've reviewed YouTube vids on the topic which point towards tightening the screw which keeps the motor intact but no luck.

Any thoughts as to a solution?
