Ok so the other week i didn't crash the drone but i had a very bad landing, and only until now have i noticed that the gimbal is at the wrong angle and facing the wrong way on the actual drone as you can see in the pictures. I dont want to physically try and shove the gimbal middle part as fear of braking it, Any Help will be appreciated

The usual, made the gimbal adjustment? IMU ? Then, you can always change the angle to the correct one via the DJIGo application, make it run for a couple of minutes, and then see if it is still misaligned ..
If the gimbal still bends, then you might need to buy a new gimbal/camera unit, or send it for guarantee.
