Gimbal Oscillates.

I acquired a second hand Phantom 3 Professional from a friend. The camera/gimbal oscillates violently and I get an Gimbal Overload warning. Is there a do it yourself fix? Is there a way to disable the gimbal and have the camera face forward at all times?

Thanks! I found a YouTube video that walked me thru turning over one of the shafts and this corrected the problem. I have to wonder how the shaft got inverted in the first place.

Did the drone get powered up with the gimbal lock on?
