Gain and Sensitivity Settings for Smooth Videos on P3P?

I recall seeing some posts here describing what a few people have found as the best settings they've found for silky-smooth movements for video .... but I'm not seeing them through "search" right now.
Has anyone else seen this, or found that sweet-spot through trial & error?
