Frequent Video-Glitches even in close range (P4P+)

I just received my plus in the mail today. Same issues. I don't see an option to reduce the bandwidth on the p4p+. I will look tomorrow.

I ended up returning my drone for the video glitches. Can any one tell me if this issue was fixed i am ready to purchase one again.
