P3 Firmware Frankin Drone

Lucky or **** out of luck? i have 2 different Phantom 3's one being 4K and the other a STANDARD. Due to varies crashes one myself and one the wife I've kinda had to build a "FrankinPhantom" i guess you would call it . I've put the camera from the Standard on the 4K Drone to try and have something to still fly. What firmware would i need to install if at all possible or was this all just a waste of time?. Any advice would be great . Thanks

Thanks, ....shoud say then, what would be a good next step in the right direction or Iam i replacement part bound? I was trying to hold off cuz iwas considering getting something a little more up to-to-date as a whole.

Really need to answer a few basic questions to determine the next actions. (As RodPad stated above....)

Does the 4K fly? What device and App are you using? Other questions would be similar, like current firmware version and App version? Does the gimbal / camera from the Standard work?

Good luck on your project but with the price of used and refurbished DJI drones these days it's hard to justify spending much if any on a P3. Even the little ones are incredible quality camera wise. Love my Phantoms but bought an inexpensive used Air2 that's now my daily flyer.
