I used litchi app to do way points on my Phantom 4.
700 feet away lost signal.
Waited 25 minutes drone never came back. drove to find it, got signal back about a mile away. Saw drone on camera no video card was full.
Drone was on a canopy on a condo unit. Tried return home but failed, then lost signal and can't find it.
Called dji did a claim, but they said because I used litchi they Couldn't replace the 2 week old drone.

They aren't denying a claim because you used Litchi.
They are denying a claim because you can't provide them with flight data to show that the cause of the incident was a DJI problem.
They need to see flight data to assess the cause of the incident.
If you can find your Phantom, they can examine the recorded data inside the Phantom.

I sent the all the flight data I have. They said if I use a third party app the warranty won't cover a fly away

As Meta4 has stated above- we have the benefit of knowing how DJI handles these cases. DJI can't determine the cause of the incident without flight log data and they seemingly won't accept the litchi (or other third party app) log for analysis. If you had the crashed AC to provide to them and the log file suggested a DJI hardware/software issue you would be covered, as has been demonstrated by warranty outcomes shared by many other users in these circumstances.

Might I suggest you seek an opinion from litchi as to what caused the incident (based on your flight log) and that you upload the log to DJI Flight Log Viewer and share the link here. If litchi and/or others here find likely evidence of DJI product failure it may enhance your position in discussions with DJI.

Then they didn't explain things very well.
DJI require a DJI flight log to assess the cause of an incident.
If you fly using DJI GO, there are two DJI flight records - one in the phone or tablet and one in the Phantom.
If you fly with Litchi, you only have the one in the Phantom and if you lose that, you have nothing they can use to work out the cause of the incident.

Using a 3rd party app doesn't void warranty but having no DJI flight record means they can't tell what happened to assess a warranty claim.
