Fly a Circle Around a GPS Waypoint

Is there a way to fly a circle around a GPS waypoint with the camera pointed at the waypoint at all times?

Not yet.
One of the new birds, from 3dr I believe, can do this.

That feature ("Point of interest" or POI in DJI terms) is available on their higher-end flight controllers but not in the groundstation yet...though I have confidence it will be added in the near future.
