Here is an interesting thing I found when reviewing my flight logs after signing up at HealthyDrones.com
The time of my flights are being recorded quite accurately when I initiate the flight with GPS overhead and connected. Even if it's only a couple. I can only assume it's using the GPS for quite accurate time stamping. Makes sense. If nothing else, they are sure accurate clocks!
Here is one with GPS locked in:
Sep 19th, 2016 03:17PM (-04:00)
The -4 being the time zone offset from GMT - correct.
Here is a flight record time stamp when I took off from inside a room with zero GPS contact at all:
Sep 19th, 2016 06:23PM (+00:00)
It used GMT and didn't adjust for the timezone.
Shall we call this a small DJI Go Bug? I offer the fix: Have a "Timezone" dropbox somewhere in the options with a "Automatically Update Timezone from GPS" checkbox (checked, by default) also present.
