Flight Mapping App with PTGui

Hi guys n gals,
Looking at creating a high-resolution straight down map/mosaic of a local attraction.

I know all the paid apps like Pix4D and Drone Deploy can do this, but I'll be stitching and processing the images myself using PTGui.

So does anybody know of an app that can do the flight Mapping and automate the photo taking, then allow me to pull the photos from the SD and self-stitch?

I was hoping Drone Deploy could do this, but I think you have to use their paid processing service to create the final product.

You can use DroneDeploy (and probably the others too) to do the flight.
What you do with the images is up to you.

I was fearing things like Drone Deploy would just self-upload to their site, forcing you to use them either as Free or Paid.
