Firmware Upgrade Success Issue

Hi,
I am not an experienced pilot, but i am trying my best on caring details. I have some questions with screen shots. Hope you can help me. (Please do not give any info which you are not sure about, or at least inform us your being unsure.)

I made all of the firmware updates and checked the txt files. All updates were successful, but still getting this warning sometimes. Anyone have any idea about it?

What Phantom 3?
Latest firmware - Advance is .28 and Pro is .26.
And can you go into about and screen capture the firmware revision.

Advanced, 2.8 and the app is 1.2. The Phantom is not here near me, but i am so sure about the versions.
