P3 Firmware Firmware update successfully but still showing old firmware

I updated my ps3 standard manually to the latest firmware which is 1.9.2.0 . Before update it was showing na .after update I was not geting any gps signals .I then downgrade to 1.8 after downgrade gps signals come in , but aircraft firmware showing 1.6.80 .I tried upgrading again to 1.9.20 .update successfully from the log but still showing 1.6 .8.0 and flashing update available .I use my iPhone , galaxy note 5 and also kindle .all showing update available.
