firmware mismatch

anyone familar whit this problem ?
When starting a mission, firmware update occured (normal)
ignored and flown the mission
@ home roceeding the update - Always 'update error' at 99 % (DJI GO 4)

trying to check the problem I tried the DJI assistant for PH4.
said also update firmeware ; same problem . at the end 'error occured'
...
I had to fly another mission bur now the DJI GO4 refuses the PH4 to start :
' Firmware mismatch '

any help welcome

Did you try updating the controller with dji assistant?

Im having the same problem. I’ve tried updating via the app and PC. I can’t fly the unit.

Did the update but it "failed" at 99% and now I have the "version mismatch".

Leaving the drone aside. Did both of you try updating the RC on the DJI Assistant 2? Did it also fail? How many times did you try?

I tried multiple times to connect the RC to Assistant 2. The software doesn’t recognize the controller. Windows 10 does pick up the USB device.

It might be dificult, but try another pc. It should recognize the controller.
