Phantom4 standard 0x800020 error with other issues

My problem
When turning on phantom 4 with sandisk extreme pro 64 gb v30 xc1
I get video signal until the fan starts up then the image signal is lost.
This is what I get after this happens
no image transmission
0x800020 error
Gimbal disconnected
2 red then 2 green fast blinking gimble lights.
No sd card visible in dgi go4 app
Transmission interference warning in go app when the fan turns on and immage
Everything works the bird flies and gimble is operational.

what I did and did not work.
Tried multiple sd cards
Replaced all video and main board flat cables for new ones in bird.
Replaced main 3 in 1 mother board.
Replaced video board that sd card is attached to.
Tried to downgrade on iOS go app and with computer firmware with no luck fails at 99%.
Cannot downgrade rc firmware.
All firmware are up to date.
It all happened after firmware update and dji had me send it in and I replaced the parts they said were defective with no luck. Dji wanted to charge me 700.00 to fix but that was too much for me to dish out.
I really need some major help here I need to fly with video.
I know these issues exist but I can’t find any repairs for this.
