Finding firmware on P4P+

When trying to connect to wi-fi, I get a list, but non I recognize. None of them work. We definitely have wi-fi with internet connection in our home.

You'll need to get the Wi-Fi connected before doing anything else. Have any family members that can help you?

The P4P+ remote controller will connect to any Wi-Fi network that you have access to. You shouldn't have to setup a brand new network if you already have one setup in your house.

Thanks for suggesting to ask my Son. He had it up and running in 3 minutes. It was user error.

What does a humming sound coming from the gimbal mean?

Between the fan and the motors, the P4P gimbal makes lots of noise. I wouldn't worry about it unless it's not functioning properly.
